Bear in mind that the Dispute Settlement Body of the WTO has consistently made rulings that go against the public health, the environment, labor rights and human rights and unless we can expose what is happening with Codex, they will eventually force us to scrap our dietary supplement laws under threat of imposing trade sanctions against broad segments of our economy. We BADLY need an oversight hearing on the Codex oversight issue, but we're being blocked from getting a hearing by the political influence of CRN and NNFA which have been heavily infiltrated by pharmaceutical interests. Randy Dennin of Warner Lambert is NNFA's International Committee Chair, which is why they're with the FDA position on Codex and why they oppose our efforts to get oversight, he's also the Chairman of IADSA,and the Treasurer of Citizens for Health. I hope it is sinking in with all of you that we are being massively conned and manipulated but we don't have to take it! If you are a member of CRN, NNFA or Citizens for Health, please quit immediately! By being a member of those organizations you are undermining health freedom and you're cutting your own throat!

Dr. Clark is out of jail on bail. The trial will be Feb 2, 2000. They offered her a plea bargain; if she pled guilty, she would have been in for a fine. But she pled not guilty.
