Call your Congressmen today via the US Capital Switchboard 202-225-3121 to ask him or her to cosponsor HR 220. If you can't afford the toll call, call your Congressman's district office near your home to ask this. Every day, the Congressman's district office reports into the DC office and relays information from constituents, so its just as if you'd called DC. I don't like giving out 800 numbers for the Capital Switchboard because they are payed for by private parties and are often disconnected.
