IAHF List:*** Help Needed now through June 14**** Jay Kimball, whose only "crime" is that the developed a dietary supplement called liquid deprenyl that was helping people, is a friend of mine who is being totally railroaded as a political prisoner, and he's being blocked from making a personal appearance at his latest hearing- they're only allowing him to "appear" by telephone.
This is a gross miscarriage of justice. Please join me in complaining about Jay's mistreatment by the so called "Judicial" system by calling, emailing, faxing the CAST OF EVIL CHARACTERS outlined below to let them know that what they are doing is WRONG, and that you support Jay Kimball's right to personally face his accusers, and to make PERSONAL appearances in court. The administrative judge has denied several motions requesting that JAMES KIMBALL be allowed to attend the final hearings. The fact is that she has denied most of KIMBALL'S motions and granted most of the HRS motions.
The judge has allowed HRS to delay the proceedings for eight years even though KIMBALL objected They waited until KIMBALL was convicted to continue the hearings. The judge now refuses to have the hearings continued.

HRS is seeking $10,000,000 in fines from Kimball, his wife, his daughter and all of his companies for developing a life saving dietary supplement for those that otherwise had been sent home to die. As testified to in Kimball's trial and undisputed by the government.
Kimball's daughter was told by Robert Daniti, Sr. Attorney for HRS, that her being included in the complaint was not personal, but the mere fact that she is in any way related to Kimball was the reason she was named on the complaint.
Kimball has been trying since his incarceration to have the hearing continued until he is released after his appeal or until the state made the proper arrangements to have him present at the hearing (which they have the authority and moral obligation to do) so he can face his accusers and adequately defend himself as stated in the Florida constitution.
Kimball has also served subpoenas on the trial prosecutor, Michael L. Rubinstein. He has been removed from the criminal division in Tampa. The court of appeals ruled that he lied to a grand jury and was engaged in other prosecutorial misconduct. The court of appeals urged that he be investigated. Kimball maintained that Rubinstein has lied, staged false testimony and fabricated false evidence to numerous grand juries. It took nine grand juries to finally indict KIMBALL.
KIMBALL subpoenaed the FDA agent, Randi Mattison, he has been on KIMBALL'S case since 1993. KIMBALL has evidence that Randi Mattison lied under oath to the Grand Jury, the federal judge and during the jury trial. Michael Rubinstein has answered the subpoena by telling the judge that Mattison will not show up and that she has no jurisdiction to enforce the subpoenas.
Subpoenas were served on the Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents that falsified test results that were used against KIMBALL during the trial and the numerous grand jury hearings. They are trying to have the subpoenas quashed also.
KIMBALL has subpoenaed Brad Vaughn, the probation officer that recommended
KIMBALL GET 35 YRS. or life in prison in this case. He stated several lies
in his report to the JUDGE.

He was KIMBALL'S general manager and legal advisor since 1991. He was the key organizer for Discovery of Mexico and the key in setting KIMBALL up to be arrested. KIMBALL knew him since 1977 and had employed him since 1987.
