IAHF List: Running IAHF is very stressful, and a few months ago I started the "Walking in Balance" section of the website in the belief that it would help all of us as we cope with the rigors of a world gone mad, and try to maintain our health, happiness, and capacity for joy even in the face of such monstrous acts as the 911 CIA Psyop Against America and the World, and in the face of the Codex threat to health freedom. In the not too distant future, our very survival could well depend on the strength of our immune systems and our overall good health.
As you can see from the below photos, I don't exactly have the chiselled abs of a Greek god, but give me til spring, LOL! The icy water of the pond felt damn good after being in the sweat lodge for 2 hours, it didn't even seem cold!
Seriously folks, somthin' evil this way comes, as the Illuminati's campaign to cull the number of us "useless eaters" starts going into higher gear, it will PAY for ALL of us to really get into our own personal wellness programs in a big way in the coming year, and I'm doing my best to try to walk my talk. The 911 Psyop will be followed by still more psyops, and they could be very bad too, even worse! The Illuminati could do things like poison the water supply of a major city, unleash biowar or a suitcase nuke somewhere all to try to manufacture consent for a National ID card with biometric identifiers, leading to the chip...
What can we do in the face of this madness? We can GET and STAY healthy! We can strengthen our immune systems in order to be prepared to fight back, and we can alert more people to the truth of the Codex vitamin issue and the rest of this Illuminati madness.
By Spring, I intend to lose 20 lbs, increase the mile I've been swimming 4 x per week to 2 miles 5 times per week, plus add running and working out on a Total Gym to my regimine.. I'm already being a lot more particular about what I'm eating, no more junk, no more eating on the run- from now on-nothing but organic vegetables, seeds, beans, sprouts, wheatgrass and a lot more fish, no more red meat, only some chicken, not as much. I'm also using digestive enzymes now in addition to my supplements and am doing a periodic fast, and I'm spending more time studying all of this. If you have already sent info to be included in the Walking in Balance section of the site, and I didn't post it yet, please remind me, and I will search for it in my back email and will get it into the site so we all can use it.
I will upload some additional photos of our sweat lodge, the frozen pond, and more pics of us lunatics jumping into the frozen pond to the Walking in Balance section of the site, but wanted to send you one photo for your amusement!
