IAHF List: Feel totally invigorated and ready for the coming year! When I lived in Vermont I used to do saunas and jump through a hole in the ice, but its been a few years, and today I decided to resume the old tradition of the Polar Bear Klub by doing a sauna, then jumping through a hole in the ice into the pond here, and it just feels SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOD! Will get the photos developed soon, one other person here also joined the club, hope the lens on the camera wasn't too steamed up from moisture being thrown off by our bodies when we got out of sauna and were on the dock with the camera, tried to wipe the lens, but viewfinder was steamed up, but we framed the pics well so hopefully they'll turn out and if so we will upload them to the Walking in Balance section of the IAHF website.

Interesting thing about jumping through a hole in the ice after being in a sauna is that the water doesn't feel cold at first, it just feels GOOD because its so HOT in the sauna! We drank a lot of cayenne/honey/garlic/hot water prior to going in to help really detox a lot, and also had some vitamins first, and we each had some pickled eggs because eggs are yang and it helps to have some food like that in you when you jump into the pond. If anyone else on the IAHF list joined or renewed their membership in the Polar Bear Klub, kindly upload your photos and we'll put 'em in the IAHF walking in balance section along with our photos from here in the mountains of SW Virginia!

So, its gonna be a GREAT new year, and I welcome all of your help as we're going to gear up with some new coalitions this year to really fight hard for health freedom. I got off the phone earlier today with a friend in California who has a tremendous idea for a huge new coalition of health freedom groups and as soon as the time is right and we can reveal our plans, you'll learn about 'em.

So.... in the mean time, HAPPY NEW YEAR from the Blue Ridge! http://www.floydcounty.com http://www.floydvirginia.com
